- We currently ship within the United States only, with international shipping coming soon.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aurori Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- If your jewelry doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it within the 10-day window.
- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for jewelry that has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear after delivery.
- Aurori Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
